I have been using the 128htz tuning fork, morning and night, for just on a week now. I have had chronic pain/nerve issues for over 20yrs. The first night of using it my sleep was better than usual, by day 3, my pain and nerve issues were noticeably different. They were less intense and they frequency of the flare ups had started decreasing. This morning I actually woke up and was able to get up out of bed and start to move without having to lean on my walking stick, which is what I have been doing for the last 3 months. I woke up on morning at the beginning of March and was in the most excruciating pain and I couldn't walk, move, sit, or lay without crying from the pain. I was told it was just my arthritis and that I had overdone things moving house, next thing I was told I had pinched a nerve, then I was told I had pinched a nerve but it was pulled muscles, all resulting in trying to get me to give to medication which I refused.

I am still learning and playing with my tuning fork.
I love using it to create calm in my body by just holding it in front of my forehead, chest and sides of my head, to feel the gentle soothing vibrations
I have also used it on the inside of my knee to east pain of a soft tissue injury with success in reducing the discomfort.
Very happy with the quality of the fork and the prompt delivery after placing the order.
I've given three stars because:
1. I am sceptical that the forks are tuned to the correct frequency and that, if they are, how do I know that won't change with use (weighted forks).
2. I have arthritis in my thumb joints. The short stem makes them difficult to hold firmly without pain. Maybe some knurling would help or a longer stem?
3. Some advice on where/how to check the frequency would be helpful. Even an app suggestion or your own app would be great.
This being my first fork purchase, I was really surprised at how short they vibrate for.

Hi George, thanks for the honest review. Every fork is tuned within 1Hz before it ships, and the weighting sits away from the tines so it shouldn't drift with normal use. A chromatic tuner app is an easy way to spot check the tone yourself if you want to. Sorry the short stem is tough on your thumbs, that's really useful feedback and I'll look into a longer or knurled option. In the meantime the Resonance Base takes some of the grip pressure off since you rest the fork in it rather than holding it the whole time. Worth noting these are wellness tools, not medical devices. Appreciate you taking the time to write this up.

Tuning forks.
To be honest i had little expectation. I assumed id use a few times and store them away.
I cannot say what as changed whilst using them exactly. Its like a cloud as dispersed. I feel lighter. Im more in my body. Ive nerve damage and now i have more awareness of my feet....
My anxious pony can be calmed in minutes with a few dongs 🤣
My dog and cats love having a quick go with the forks.
